RB leaves for Mazabuka

NDOLA, February 13, 2010 - His Excellency, Mr. Rupiah Banda, President of the Republic of Zambia, is on Sunday scheduled to leave for Southern Province town of Mazabuka for a one-day visit where he has been invited by Chief Mwanachingwala.

The President will attend a meeting organized by Chief Mwanachingwala and other traditional leaders in Mazabuka before addressing residents in the area. The President and his delegation will return to Lusaka immediately after the meeting.

President Banda will be accompanied to Mazabuka by Parliamentary Chief Whip Hon. Vernon Mwaanga, MP, Minister of Livestock and Fisheries Hon. Bradford Machila, MP and Commerce and Trade Minister Hon. Felix Mutati, MP.
